This is the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle, so I had no clue what I was doing. I had requested quotes from multiple companies and then narrowed it down to 4 companies that I wanted to actually call and talk to. Head of the Pack was the first company that actually answered the phone. I was eager to talk to them because of all the positive reviews and competitive pricing. After speaking with him I felt so comfortable I never even bothered to call back those companies that required me to leave a message or wait 3 minutes to speak with the next available rep. I provided Todd with a pick up date and then called him back and told him back on a Saturday and told hime the vehicle could actually be picked up that Tuesday now, which was a week earlier. That Monday afternoon I received a call from Todd saying "I know it is a day early, but I have a driver that willl pick your truck up tonight if you want. If not we will wait for another driver, but I just figured I would call and see." I could not believe how fast he got a driver and I was happy to have it picked up that evening. My truck was delievered in perfect condition Wednesday evening. I can not say enough good about Todd expecially when I have read so many horrow stories regarding other transport companies. Without a doubt don't waste your time shopping around because in the end Todd will move your car and keep you informed!
