While this was my first time arranging shipment of a vehicle, I quickly learned that most operators were concerned with obtaining a signed contract, posting the vehicle, and moving on to another potential customer.......and as quickly as possible. This probably works well for most clients, but my situation and needs were different. I tried to get someone to listen to my needs and strategy, but to no avail...........until I called Todd. I knew my vehicle was located remotely, but I wanted it picked up and delivered quickly. Most brokers wanted to throw another $25 to $50 dollars at the driver and hope that would work. I wanted to assure that my vehicle was picked up quickly and I was willing to pay for it. Now, I understand that most people would not choose to spend more money for any service, but this was important. I literally begged other brokers to list it higher, but they wouldn't listen. Todd, however, listened to my plan and listed it for what I knew would get someone's attention. The result?..........A call before we even hung up the phone.
