Head of the Pack & Todd Ferguson was the best auto transporter we've ever used! I was only able to give Todd a couple days notice Nov.'11, as my son (who had the car in his garage) was moving with short notice. Todd contracted out a great company, as well to transport up to Northern CA, which was an enclosed carrier. That was an added bonus for me, as Todd was transporting my father's '76 mercedes benz who had just passed away 5-mo. earlier. It was well taking care of, Todd & Cosmin (transporter) were wonderful & they delivered day & time they had notified me of. I would definitely use them again, if the occasion arises.
My only other experience with an auto carrier, was in July '11 from Colorado to San Diego area. That company (which I won't name), left a bad tast with my entire family. They picked up the car in CO on a Sunday afternoon & said they wouldn't be to San Diego until Tues. or Wed. & that the family member needed to have cash (which we knew). What we didn't know, is that he would show up 19-hours after leaving Colorado (obviously not sleeping @ all)! My son's bank was already closed, so he didn't have the cash (as it was only monday). The transporter drove the car an hour north to drop other cars & told my son, if he wanted the car he had to drive up there, which he did the following morning. It was a nightmare! The driver was rude & threatning to put it in storage & not tell him where it was.
Todd & cosmin were two of the nicest & most professional guys I've ever dealt with, followed up with numerous emails & phone calls making sure every thing was going smoothly. I would 100% recommend "Head of the Pack" to any one transporting a car/truck.
