I needed to transport a car across country, didn't want my aged parents who were giving me the car to have to deal with the transport, and had a small 36 hour window for pick-up when I was east visiting in June (2011). In addition the battery didn't hold a charge and would need to be jumped whenever it needed to be started and was parked in an underground garage.

Todd at head of the Pack Transport found a company who could pick-up in that window and deal with the various factors, sent me their customer service ratings and insurance info, and gave all the info I needed. He was always readily availible by phone or e-mail, and charged a VERY reasonable fee considering all the hassle, uncertainty and stress he saved us. The pick-up and delivery went without a hitch. This is the second time we've used Head of Transport, with great results and it is SO much easier then dealing with individual trucking companies..
