This company is very service oriented.I was contacted many time by them between curiosity shopping and actual shipment.My circumstances were a bit out of the ordinary, and they made it easy to arrange the shipment. My car was delivered to my home one day earlier than expected. My only negatives: the drop off in Hilo was a bit difficult to find. Tracking of the car was not what I expected (like tracking an Amazon package) but rather a schedule of where they expected the car to be. Neither is a deal breaker. If I ever have to shop to or from Hawaii again, they will be my choice.
