Using Hawaii Car Transport made shipping my car off island a nearly painless experience. I saw in other reviews that people were complaining about not being able to get in touch with the company for questions but I didn’t have that issue. Booking the appointment was easy and within few days I had a booking number at the port and an address. They went through the shipping company Matson and the service all around was incredible. The only slight issue I had was that my car got to the port in Seattle a week or so early and I wasn’t informed ahead of time that it was on route to be early. Normally that would have been awesome but I was unavailable to pick it up until the actual day it was supposed to be there and so I had to pay a good amount of storage fees. Other than that it was an amazing service! Would recommend!
