I was responsible for shipping a friend's vehicle from Hawaii to her home in Alabama...about as far away from Kauai as you could get. I contacted Hawaii car transport and got a quick quote and very clear instructions about what had to be done. Less than a week before the drop off date, we got a major crack in the windshield. HCT gave me alternative drop off dates for the same sail if needed so we could get the windshield fixed. I wanted to keep the original date as that fit my schedule but meant the windshield wouldn't be fixed until the morning of the drop off. HCT kept in touch in the days leading up to drop off to make sure the dates still worked. The drop off was smooth and fairly quick. It was a relief to get it off my mind. It arrived at her door ahead of schedule. The funny part was, 4 days earlier I dropped off her other vehicle at another shipper contracted by the military. The process was easy as well but the car arrived almost 2 weeks later and was only shipped as far as Atlanta, requiring her to drive 8 hrs to pick it up. That makes the HCT transport SO much better! We will definitely consider HCT for any future vehicle transports.
