The customer service was fantastic. I originally filled out a form online and then canceled it because I was hesitant to go through the process w/o talking to someone . I immediately received a phone call from Hawaii Car Transport and all my questions were answered. All the steps and details I needed to follow were very simple with a checklist I could print from my phone. Checking my car in at the port was very fast and the clerk was so friendly! I did my walk around with a couple nice guys that inspected it. I bought additional insurance to be safe, it was only $95 to for 15k of coverage. For that price why not? Anyhow, my car was shipped to Seattle where my sister picked it up and she said Hawaii Transport employees were super nice too! Thank you for helping me ship my car from HI to WA for such an affordable price!
