Do not use Hawaii Car Transport - Flat out liars

1) They gave me an estimate on arrival of Jan 5th-Jan 8th
2) When I dropped the car off at the port, Matson said it would not get there before Jan 15th. I then gave Matson my car and they looked it over and accepted it no issues (This order of events is important)
3) The estimate was way off, so I called to ask Hawaii Car Transport why. Laura and Denise were rude over two separate calls, telling me they were about to close so couldn't really help, etc. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told she would have to call me back later
4) Pamela the supervisor called me back about 4 days later after I made repeated calls to Laura and Denise asking for her. Pamela says she will get back to me in another 4 days with an answer as to why the shipping estimate was so far off.
5) On the 4th day I did no receive a call, so I called for Pamela. Someone transferred me to her, but then someone picked up the line and hung it up.
6) Pamela called me back a few hours later and said that my car shipment was delayed because it "had a leak" and so had to go on the next boat and would arrive on Jan 15th (Who fixed the "leak"..? Why did one notify me?). But this is a huge flat out lie from Pamela because Matson told me it would arrive on Jan 15th BEFORE I gave them my car and BEFORE anyone inspected it at all.
7) Pamela said she was offended that I said it was a lie and said there is nothing she can do for me anyway and there is no way they will compensate me for my additional charges (rental car) based on their faulty estimates.
Final thoughts: All in all, this company is one of the most blatantly immoral companies I have ever done business with and I will be sure to spread the word. Specifically do not expect intelligent customer service from Pamela, Denise, or Laura. I don't know how this company is legally allowed to exist. I would have been far less upset in the end had they just owned up to their mistake instead of trying to poorly avoid the issue and cover it up.
