Everything was handled efficiently. The staff did a good job. They contacted promptly as need. My only complaint was the signage for the delivery section at Oakland. We ended up at the main building. Fortunately someone picked up the closed office phone and directed us to the right place. Google directed us to the main office. A map would be handy
