The customer service was wonderful in Seattle, Washington as well as in Hilo, Hawaii. The only snafu was in the expected delivery date. The original date was quoted as 5/24- the paperwork stated 6/2 and when I called the automated message stated 5/30. I set my schedule to the 5/30 date, disappointed that I was not able to pick up my car on the original date of 5/24. Then I received a call on 5/24 saying my car was ready to pick up! I was not able to arrange transportation to the pier in Hilo for pick up for 2 days, but when I did I received great service and it was very quick and easy. The agent was also helpful explaining Hawaii state licensure requirements and deadlines. My car was in the exact condition I had left it when I dropped it off. Thanks for the great service, even with the date snafu.
