After paying Harvester a deposit of $195 each for two cars to be shipped we decided not to use their services and asked for a refund totaling $390 at which time we were told it would be a week before they could make that happen. i immediately thought to call the credit card company as I was unhapph that the return would be delayed but was told their would be a penalty payment if I chose to do that so did nothing.

It took two weeks for us to receive just $195 and now four weeks later we have been promised maybe five (5) times that that amount either would be or has already been sent - nothing received yet and now for three days no one is answering the phones and I have left three messages and no one will return my call. Horrible customer service and I have wasted maybe 3-4 hours and no signs of getting the other $195.
