When contacted by Harvester Trucking originally I spoke with a driver who was a trainee. He was very respectful and nice. Then I got a call from Josh B dismissing the first call and trying to hard sell me on using them. He was fast talking and using high pressure sales tactics. I told him I would get back to him. When I did he again tried to hardsell me "What if I can do $795 and get it on a trailer tonight or first thing tomorrow morning?" I finally agreed and when I asked to confirm "$795 you'll pick it up tonight or first thing tomorrow right?" He responded, "Oh no, $795 is for my truck to pick it up Friday, it's going to be $850 to get it tonight but that is amazing service." He was right, if that would have happened. I tried to contact the driver on day one, heard nothing back, same thing Day two in the morning. I called Josh and told him if the car wasn't picked up by med morning I was going to cancel the order. He said ok. I didn't hear from him again untill the afternoon of day two when I canceled the order. He told me I would be giving up my deposit and be charged a late cancellation fee. I responded that he lied to me and I didn't pay a deposit so how did they intend to get that money? He then called me and was yelling at me "What is going on with this order?! The driver is on his way have you ever heard of traffic? I said the truck would be there tonight it's still today. We aren't a two truck there's 10 other cars on that truck" When I calmly explained why I was dissatisfied and how i felt he lied to me and that today(day 2) is not the same thing as "tonight(day 1)" he got more upset and the next thing I know he is actually swearing at me "WHAT THE F*CK...(this and that)" Then I told him not to swear at me and he said "WHAT THE F*CK EVER!" I asked who the owner of the company was and he told me "F8CK YOU!" and hung up. You be the judge.

This was a prospective customer who contacted Harvester Trucking to ship a car and was unhappy that there was a difference in the estimated quote they received from the automated quote system and the actual price it would be to ship with Harvester Trucking. Said prospective customer placed an order online using the estimated quote price to place the order. Harvester Trucking called said prospective customer and explained again about the difference in price Harvester Trucking will not be able to ship the vehicle for the estimated auto quote price. Customer became irate and threatened to give a negative review and hung up.
