Vechicle was transported from Virginia Beach, Vi. to Placentia, Ca. During the transport the vechicle sustained $265.09. The insurance carried by Happy Auto has a deductable of $300.00 and therefore they won't pay and Happy Auto fails to return any phone calls, text message, or emails. I have requested reimburesment from Happy Auto but no positive communication has been received.
Damage might be minor and why Happy Auto does not resolve this is simply unacceptable.
