They canceled my order the day of pick up

On Thursday I contacted HLL Express to ship my vehicle from New Orleans to Dallas. I was promised a pick up on Friday July 18 2014. The day of pick up the customer service lady added she wanted to charge my card a deposit. The day before she said they wouldn't charge the card they would just hold the info incase the car wasn't ready for pick up. After complaining to her about the charge, I gave in and told her to charge the card $100 deposit. Then she said we can't promise today but It'll be picked up by Monday. I got pissed and she said " we aren't a hanky pank company find someone else to move your vehicle". All this was said once she took all my credit card information. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company
