Did youguys get the deposit back? Help me!

I placed the order on Sep 11th, and the company charged me for deposit of $195. They never picked up my car, so I told the company that I wanted to cancel the order on Oct 3rd. They said that they would cancel it and give me a refund for the deposit, but the company did nothing. I've been trying to contact them for 7 days, but they never answer the phone. What do I have to do for the refund? Plz help me.
