This was my first new car and I had to have it transported from MD to TX. I heard some horror stories and some other fears like the car bouncing around and rock chips; however, Ground Force Once (they were subcontracted by United Road) came through with flying colors.

Alex, the transport driver called with accurate updates, delivered my car 2 days earlier than expected, was very professional, and made me feel much better about the process. He is a genuinely nice guy who cares about what he does and he exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use both United Road and Ground Force One again, in a heartbeat. I would ask for Alex, again, too. Besides the updates, he took every precaution with my car, and even scouted the area for the best place to get it off the carrier- no trees, enough room to maneuver the truck and the cars, etc. He went over the car with me to explain some of the possible concerns of what he thought were smudges at pickup, but it turned out to be wax. I hope this helps some folks out there, because I did not see many detailed, quality reviews when I was searching for a transport. I appreciate the care the United Road used in selecting Ground Force One and also the small details used in selecting someone that is meticulous and cautious for a job that could be considered routine and probably could have alot of short cuts. Thank you!!!
