Excellent service - way better than I expected

I had done quite a bit of research prior to using Great American and despite the good reviews I really didn't want to use a broker after all the horror stories I had read however the local trucking company couldn't pick up my car for a week and they actually said of all the brokers they had worked with Great American had always been good.
I called Aaron on a Thursday and he was very good about researching what trucks looked likely to pick up from Medford and come through Colorado. He called later that day and said he had found a truck that could pick up Saturday, We went over the contract and i requested a top load for my little 1968 Triumph. There was no pressure and no extra cost for a top load (which I heard from other companies). Aaron called on Saturday with all the driver details and again was very helpful and not pushy about payment .
JD (Wolf creek trucking) was the driver - phenomenal !! Top loaded the car despite her very narrow wheel base, called when he was on the road and each day to update his progress. He arrived a day early (Had called ) and at 10 am rather than 12 (again calling first) He took lots of care offloading the car, No damage he even went over some details from the seller and was truly a pleasure to work with.
Aaron from Great American called after delivery to check how everything had gone and actually did NOT solicit this review. I was really worried about shipping the car but this went better that I could have asked for. Now our little Blue Harriet the Herald is home in Colorado.
