Worst Customer Service/Communication

I used a shipping broker to find the best rates and was sent to Gran Turismo. They seemed good and I only saw 1 bad review at the time I booked so I though it was ok. My contact was both Donnie and Ken and neither were great with communication.

I was told the bike would be picked up in 7-10 days from when I committed. After 10 days I called and they told me it would be 2 more days, 4 days later I called again and they told me another 2-3 days. It took 4 weeks before they came to pick up my motorcycle. They came on a Sunday when I called that morning and said if they were not here by tonight I was canceling the order because I had someone available to pick it up on Wednesday. (looking back I should have just canceled it)

When loading the bike the driver was nice, and knowledgeable, and even said I could send my extra box of parts along with my bike. He told me it would take about 5-7days to get to Georgia from Arizona.

2 weeks later and multiple phone calls being told it would be 2-3 more days the bike finally arrived. I am so mad, and so frustrated I can not even justly explain how bad this company is. When he dropped off my bike I asked about the box and he realized he left it on the other trailer! He switched trailers halfway through the trip and left my box, but he said theoffice would take care of me and ship it Monday.

I called the office Monday to talkwith them about shipping and they said it would go out in the next day or two. A week and a half later (after angry phone calls every day) I convinced them it would be in their best interest to send my box right away. (They even had the nerve to ask if they could just send it on one of their trucks that was heading out my way, like it would actually ever get to me!)

All in all, this was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a shipping company, or any company as a matter of fact. They make promises they can't keep, have less than poor communication, and horrible customer service skills.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
