Getting a trucker to haul a vehicle to ND in the winter is a difficult task. Alan was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of arranging a transport. As a first time shipper the relationship between Customer/Broker/Trucker was new to me.
The trucker kept me informed as he zig-zagged across the country and was able to get my Mustang all the way to the Canadian border where I was able to meet him at a convenient time.
