I rarely write reviews, but GKE's customer service is a rarity in today's world and deserves a mention.

I shipped my car from CA to GA during the first week of June 2013. This is the first time I shipped a car and as another reviewer mentioned, the most stressful thing for my move, even more so considering that I personally invested a lot of time and effort maintaining and caring for my car. I spent over a month thoroughly reviewing every company. Most companies were brokers and I was very close to booking with a broker until I somehow found Golden Key Express online. After reading the reviews of GKE, I was sold even though it cost a little more than the brokers.

Al arrived on time to pick up my car and the car was at the destination within the pickup window timeframe. There was an incident on the way to GA, but the response by Harold (owner of Golden Key Express) was phenomenal. I do understand that issues can occur, and I judge the company by how they respond. And GKE's response was above and beyond my expectations (based on reading reviews of how other companies responded to similar issues).

I highly recommend them and I will use them without hesitation for any future moves I may have.
