Alright- this review is LONG overdue- but I have been meaning to sing the praises of GKE ever since my car arrived here in San Francisco, ON THE DAY IT WAS PROMISED, and for the EXACT amount that was quoted. I have never used a cross country auto transport service before, but hearing some of the nightmares from friends and from other online reviewers of other companies they have used, I feel very blessed and lucky to have come across GKE to handle my transport.

Literally from the initial phone call to them, everything went off without a hitch. They gave me an exact quotation, allowed my parents to meet them for the loading of my car (since I was already moved out West before the pick up date), helped them feel at ease that it would be transported correctly... etc. I never lost touch of my car, it's whereabouts, the driver, or Misty, the inside point of contact (who is amazing)- and therefore never worried for one second that it would not arrive as promised. My driver called me the day before delivery to tell me exactly where he would be meeting me. On the morning that he arrived, I did not have transportation to get to where he was able to unload the car- which was only about 3 miles away... I could have taken a taxi, or walked, etc. He UNLOADED THE CAR OFF THE TRUCK AND DROVE THE CAR TO MY HOUSE, picked me up, and took me back to his truck!!! I couldn't believe it. I was not inconvenienced in the least. Truly truly amazing service, and I would use them again and again and again. This is a class act operation- and I cannot say enough good things about them.
