First, I must apologize to Lori and Ellen for taking so long to write this review. My sincere apologizes to both of these wonderful women. That said, if you have the good fortune of reading this review and have the privlege of contracting Gold Star Transport to move your vehicle. You will find their service second to none. In a world where customer service has come to be an after thought. These ladies make it their priority. They are available to answer any questions almost 24/7 (within reason) and are happy to do it. Yes, you can talk to a real person. My quote turned out to be less than the actual price. Considering the special needs of my truck (big and heavy), it was still reasonable. Especially when I reviewed the quotes I received from their competitors. Who told me it was impossible for them to move my truck at their price. Well, these ladies worked on this for a while, never gave up and did the impossible. My truck arrived early, undamaged and was delivered by a friendly, personable driver. He actually did not want to unload it, rather take it home with him. Anyone looking to ship special or more main stream vehicles. You can do no better than Gold Star. This company is awesome.
