Excellent customer service with this broker & carrier. Received vehicle on time. Gold Star's Rich & Ellen were very professional and helpful, hometown service for this cross country move. I would recommend unequivocally and will use again the the future. Yes, vehicle was dirty but that's expected with a 2k mile journey across country. John, the driver was very friendly and prompt. Thanks for making this very smooth for our family move. :)
