The pickup of our vehicle was on time and secured to the truck auto rack. We watched

the diriver do this. He was very friendly and explained everything about what

to expect about the delivery. He was also very respectful. He made us feel

very comfortable about the security of our car and it's arrival.

During the end of the trip he communicated with us via his cell phone and

kept us informed agout his progress and arrival.


PS: Ellen, our contact for the auto pickup was excellent as well
as the driver Scoobie.
