Where to start... every step of the process was excellent! Ellen is a GEM!!
She listened to my needs, asked clarifying questions and was super sweet and professional. It was her birthday and she was cooking lasagna to feed the homeless (heart of pure gold). Every step of the process was exactly like she said - no surprises, no hassles!! Dispatcher was great to work with, driver was excellent and everything was 100% on time and exactly as Ellen said it would be. I highly recommend Gold Star Transport.
