Like many, this was the first time I've had a vehicle shipped and was a bit apprehensive. Ellen walked me through the process and didn't pressure me a bit, which really helped me focus on the important details. My 1978 Porsche was picked up a mere two days after scheduling and it arrived on the exact day that was promised. Michael, the truck driver, was fantastic. I watched him navigate the tough Detroit streets like a pro, and his communication with me was clear and professional ... very, very nice guy who is all business! The car arrived in perfect condition and my entire experience was very gratifying. I highly recommend Gold Star. Thanks.
