Ellen made this process so easy, it was my first time using this kind of service, my car was picked up on time, the driver was in contact with me ( California traffic) It was supposed to take 7 to 10 days. It was in New Jersey in 5 days. I was amazed. My car arrived in perfect condition and would highly recommend Ellen .
