My overall experience was great. My son's 2008 Tahoe was picked up in Mobile, Al on time by an enclosed carrier and delivered the next day to Melbourne, Fl. Ellen of Gold Star was very knowledgable of the transporting process. I could have shipped the vehicle on an open carrier for $375 but chose the better option to ship enclosed for $475. That kind of service is hard to find. The carrier was very proffessional. He inspected the vehicle thouroughly and noted every detail of the vehicle condition before loading it and gave me a copy with the delivery date noted. He maticulously loaded the vehicle on the enclosed carrier while I watched. We shook hands and he was off. Sure enough, I was contacted by the driver the next morning giving me details of the delivery time. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition before noon. You will be satisfied with Gold Star and its customer service. Online contact and information was very easy and convenient in making sure evrything happenned in a timely manner.
