I found Ellen to be very efficient and courteous. My personal experience was like this: we first talked at 7 AM, then at 7:30 AM the truck driver called me and by 8:15 AM, my car was loaded on the truck! She was great at communication and I would definitely contact her again when I have to ship a car.
