Ellen from Gold Star was the first to contact me out of 10's of different companies and was incredibly honest and straight forward with me from the beginning. Since it was my first time using a transport company, I was a bit on edge on getting scammed, but Ellen reassured me with her knowledge, experience, and answered every question I had. Countless companies contacted me and I heard them all out as well, but none provided the insight that Ellen did for me. She found me a truck last second to transport my beloved little red Subaru from Mesa Arizona to my home in Las Vegas Nevada. Driver was also very kind and knowledgeable. From Pickup of my car to delivery to my house was all under 13 hours, so that was very impressive.

Honestly, don't bother with any other transport company. Ellen from Gold Star has the knowledge and experience to make the entire process quick, easy, and reassuring. She is also extremely easy to contact and will keep you updated on the driver's status every step of the way.
It's been about a month since I used her service and am still receiving phone calls from other companies to transport my car (A bit too late?), but Gold Star Transport is the only company I will use for my future transport needs. Thanks to Ellen and the driver she found so quickly. My Subaru got home safe and fast. Thank you again!

(Update) Could not find my order number to submit this review, so I e-mailed Ellen at 1:46am. 3 minutes later she replies with the order number! Now that is customer service and quick responses! Even at this hour!
I may sound like a broken record at this point, but please. Do NOT waste your time with any other company. Contact Ellen From Gold Star Transport for your needs and you won't regret anything.
