I am a student on a tight budget and I have never transported my car anywhere. I was nervous and apprehensive because of the horror stories I have heard. LaDonna was the kindest, most prompt and honest customer service representative, I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She was thorough and explained everything patiently. She was prompt, punctual and always got back to me. I had already paid a deposit to another company and although I was not going to use Gold Star Transport (because I had already paid the deposit on a cheaper quote), LaDonna and Ellen both helped me and advised me thru the process. I was on the verge of tears because sometimes when you go with the cheapest quote it can also mean you get bad customer service. If I could go back and get my deposit back I would... And I would chose Gold Star Transport simply because of the service LaDonna and Ellen provided. They were honest, upfront, and professional. Thank you for making a new and stressful process that much easier for me. I really really appreciate the time and effort both you put in for me!
