i called ellen to get help with moving my car from TN to AL she gave me all the information i would need to know even if i decided to go with a different company.. she was honest and very helpful. I was treated as a valued customer the whole way through the process. Even though i had some personal issues that would have delayed the average person from helping me, she still went to work for me and set up a shipper for the very next day..i thought it was going to take 5-7 days considering my situation but i received my car by 530 pm the day after the call. i will forever be greatful and if i choose to move my car again she will be the only one i call!!!
