This is the second time that I asked Ellen to help us transport a vehicle. She is great to deal with, knowledgable and works to accommodate your needs. Our son was graduating from college and then moving. We had a one day window to have the car picked up for transport and she did it! The driver - who we saw on both ends of the transport - was incredibly nice. While the price was much higher than originally expected, the issue had to do with all the cars coming out of Florida that time of year. We would definitely use Ellen again. We have had good experiences and really like working with her.
