Godspeed Transport is the real deal!

I initially contacted Q Auto Transport to transport my car from California to Pennsylvania. Initially they are good at contacting and returning calls to get your business. But after signing up with them, that's when the nightmare starts. The carrier that they assigned to me, Philly Express Group, was very disorganized. They can't even find the order to confirm that they are transporting my vehicle. I called Q Auto and I was assured that 24 hours before scheduled pickup, someone will call me to confirm pickup time. That day went by and passed, no calls from either carrier or the broker. On the scheduled pickup day (8/21). I called the carrier again, and I was told they don't know where his driver is, might be somewhere in the midwest. I was furious as we had an agreement on paper that my car will be picked up that day. I called the broker and they said that they are fixing the situation and might have to find an alternative carrier and they will call me back. I only got a call back from them around 6pm that Friday! At the end of the business day and week! So the whole weekend, my car sat in CA unmoved (I'm already in PA at that time, with no car!)

By Monday, I decided to change my broker and contacted Micheal Pedersen of Godspeed Transport. Mike is very professional and promptly returns phone calls and updates you constantly either by phone or text. He was able to get my car on a carrier the next day! The car's carrier was Happy Auto Transport and the driver's name is Emerson. They are very professional, especially the driver, Emerson. Such a good guy! My car arrived the following Monday intact and was handled the way you expect it. Mike Pedersen of Godspeed Transport really made good of his promise and I got my car back! This guy makes the job done.
