Extremely pleased with price and service. Driver was timely and courteous and met us at an interstate exit to receive car (arranged pickup by cellphone). Driver did a thorough job of looking the car over and noting all minor imperfections. Transport was in an enclosed carrier and car arrived in California 8 days later in perfect condition and with all clothing and other articles left in the car during transport.

Driver did travel through Atlanta, Louisiana and Texas and a second driver took over in Arizona and delivered the car to California in the same truck. Go-2 was arranged on a last-minute basis (available space found by our broker Discount Auto Transport on short notice - excellent rating for broker too!).

As a practical matter, it is difficult for the carriers to come into a major city with their large truck and do the pick-up on a true "door-ro-door" basis - watch for other companies who want to have someone drive your car out to a storage area to wait for pick-up, send a dolly to tow it or charge extra for a flat bed even though you have purchased door-to-door service). We wanted to make it easy on the driver and met him out on the highway so he would be able to make the pick-up quickly and safely and get back on the road with minimal delay.

Dispatcher Rolando was accessible and kept us informed of the truck's whereabouts and delivered exactly on time (was able to deliver in San Francisco as recipient's office was just of the interstate). Delivering driver called the recipient to arrange delivery on Saturday at office, and was rigth on time and courteous. Would definitely recommend Go-2 again.
