Worst customer service I've ever received period

Global Relogistics is an unbelievably unprofessional company. I tried so hard and spent so much time to make this situation work, and in the end I had to cancel my service before they picked up my car. Here's my story:
Global Relogistics was more expensive than the other two transport companies I contacted. Denise said the difference was in the customer service, so I decided to spend a little more money for this. Big mistake. First off, Denise was unclear about how the forms were to be filled out. Then, when I mailed them, she kept calling saying they don't have them. I had to scramble to fax the forms in, only to find out later that they did get them in the mail but misplaced them. Regardless, I had to fax them in again because they were not filled out right. Then, they couldn't get my fax, even though on my end I had confirmation of a successful delivery. I should have quit at this point, but anyone can make mistakes, right? OK, fast forward: I was promised that I could put (I believe) 80 lbs of items in my car for transport. I get the driver's number, and he has not called me by 2 days before scheduled pickup. So I call and leave a message. He doesn't call me back by the day of pickup so I call again. He picks up, and this is where it gets really bad. See, many of these "transport" companies are nothing but middlemen, and have zero influence on the actual carriers, so if they don't monitor their carriers, then you can get the service I'm about to describe. The driver practically laughed when I asked if he was coming on the day scheduled or the next day. Then he lied and said he couldn't take any items in the car (you see, this will save him money when it comes time for weigh-ins). He was arrogant and said he didn't care what Global Relogistics said, and even threatened to not pick my car up at all. Global Relogistics then put me in touch with their dispatch dept, and Denise wiped her hands clean of the deal, now that they had my deposit. Great. The (annoyed) dispatch dept would not find me another driver, and the woman was clearly speaking from across the room in a barely audible speakerphone system. All they did was get they driver to call back and pretend nothing happened. As if I was going to let this man take my car after all that he had done, and believe me, I abridged the conversation. I guess they really didn't think I would cancel at that point, but I did, fully expecting to get my deposit back. Of course I get to yet another department, and they require I fill out some forms. Well, I filled out all the paperwork, etc. I sent it in, and hounded them until they confirmed receipt. They said it would take 30 days to process. I call back in 30 days, and guess what? No one had looked at it during those 30 days! So I refuse to be put off another minute and speak to someone in the department. They say they will have a decision in email. Later that day, I get an email with a cut and paste portion of the agreement that says I terminated too late for the refund of deposit. Well, of course I assumed that, but wouldn't you give me the refund purely based on the horrible service I received, legalities aside. I suppose not, so this is my only retribution. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else. Anyone else. I ended up using Nationwide and they were much better.
