This company has horrible customer service. They did not contact me the day prior to pick up date like they said they would and they did not call the day of pick up. I called both days and they did not answer. Finally I got an email reply stating that due to elevated gas prices, the company was at a stand still unless they increase the price.
They didn't pick up my care on time (they picked it up the next day) and they charged me $100 more.
Transport Reviews took off my report b/c Global Logistics could not verify that I was a customer.
I scanned in paper of contract and I also emailed the statement they sent me. Global Logistics could still not verify me. Now, their website is no longer working. This is one shady company.
