customer service nightmare

during the trip there was an extreme storm through one of the primary routes from origin to destination. As i was concerned for my car, i tired to call global logistics, but EVERY SINGLE time i called ANY number connected with them, i got the busy signal. I've never been so pissed trying to get in touch with someone. I felt as though they could have drove away with my car AND my money. OH and the topper was despite their advertisement of "the driver will cater to your schedule," i had to take off work in order to get my car back, at the last minute, when the driver called me! and then further, despite dealing with Global Transportations, giving them credit card information for full payment towards delivery, i had to give the deliverer either cash or a money order for around $700!
