I believe this guy jut operates from his home. He makes it sound like he has a business with staff and does international shipping...I called him several times early, he answers "hello",, "yeah
or "hi"...never in a professional manner. His paperwork had many errors, repeated errors and I would not sign till correct. He had one excuse after the other and after he picked up the car, he wouldn't tell me where it was. Once he did say it was in Canada and was in Calgary, I asked him where and he wouldn't tell me as I advised him I would go and look at it as that was just 200 miles from my home. I started calling...the US boarder and the Canadian customs had NO record of it. After about 4 hours on the phone I found it on the US side of the boarder. The company holding it had not been paid for shipping and they new this "Ted" guy and said he is well known or not paying the companies he uses. After a lot of begging and pleading, he managed to send wire transfer confirmations to the trucking company and Customs broker (I paid "Ted" about $7,500 to deal with the shipping and customs and RIV fees) - however the confirmation of wire transfer he sent to the trucking company and broker were scams...they were not in fact paid. The broker contacted me after and was understandably upset as they were out some $5000. PLEASE don't use this guy...use a big well known company. I'm a lawyer..I understand defamation...and with that I have no hesitation to say that I was lied to on many occasions and would urge you to not use this company...ever.
