Poor communication and customer service

This company is very poor when it comes to communicating with the customer. You will get tons of communications when you ask for a quote, but it's all over once they get your deposit. I contracted them to ship my car from TN to CA and finally cancelled after 21 days, they never scheduled it for pick up.When I would call to get an update they would always have the same response( we will call you back), not once did they return a call.
I am having the same comunication issues with getting my deposit back. They sent me an email that said I should get my deposit back in 5-7 working days.It has been over 30 days and they still have not refuneded my deposit.Again when I call, the person I need to talk with is unavaiible and they will call me back, never happens. I would never recomend this company. They were 4 out of 5 stars when I contracted them, I see they are now 3 out of five and its obvious why.
Stay away.
