Stay away from this company. I called Global Express to have my car transported from Massachusetts to Las Vegas, NV. I informed them I would be leaving for Las Vegas on Saturday January 8, 2011. I was told my car could be picked up on Tuesday January 4, they would call that morning to let me know the time my car would be picked up. A deposit of $175 was provided via phone using my visa card. They also e-mailed me a contract which I had to sign and fax back to them before any commitment would be made. I followed their instructions and never got a phone call on January 4th informing me the time my car would be picked up. I called them late afternoon to find out they did not have a driver yet. Asked if my car would be picked up on Wednesday, they could not promise me, they would call me on Wednesday. No call on Wednesday, I called late afternoon, they were still trying to find a driver, said they would call me before the end of their business day. No call. I called several times speaking to sales rep and several people in dispatch department. Informed them MANY times that if my car was not able to be picked up on that Tuesday as scheduled, would they be able to pick it up by Friday, because I would be in Las Vegas on Saturday. No commitment could be made. Waited for a call on Thursday, NO CALL. Friday, I called and left a message with the sales rep who I spoke to originally to schedule the transport. I informed her that I was very upset with the service and was safe to assume that my car would not be picked up as scheduled and would expect my $175 deposit to be refunded by Monday or I would notify the better business bureau. She never returned my call. OnTuesday, January 11, I called from Las Vegas and spoke to the sales rep to confirm she received my message regarding the deposit. She told me she was trying to reach me on Monday January 10 at my home phone in Massachusetts to let me know they had a driver. I asked why she tried to reach me in Massachusetts knowing I was already in Las Vegas. I asked about my refund and was informed it was REQUIRED to be in writing. I immediately e-mailed her requesting my refund. IN THE MEANTIME, I AM IN LAS VEGAS WITHOUT MY CAR AND WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
