If you want to work with a company that is in any way honest and reliable IN ANY WAY, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. I cannot believe these folks are legally able to have their "company" even listed as business. i was assured by "John Rogers" from Global Express Transport, during our initial conversations, that my car would be picked up on the expected date by one of "their trucks" not a brokered one, that it would definately be picked up on the date, that it would be delivered on the date, that the deposit wouldn't be taken out until pick up, that they were a great company. My mistake was believing him. I should have looked on BBB site for Miami, FL. I called to confirm several times before the pick up date to ensure that this was stil on track. I was assured several times that it was. After third confirmation, I made travel plans with the expectation that the car would arrive 5 days before I got there. Waited at the pick up site all day (several times). Nothing. No call, no driver, no response. Over and over, everyday, I was told the same thing. This went on for over two week. Every day! I would call and either get no answer or told that "John Rogers" wasn't in. If I did get someone on the line, they said the driver was going to call me that day. Finally, after about two weeks of this, I was told that the driver wanted more money but "he was in the area". YEA, RIGHT! When I looked on my credit card statement, they charged for the deposit the day I initially spoke to them even though I was told they wouldn't take it out until pick up. I requested refund and told them I would report them to the BBB. They laughed. There was no apology, no concern, no honesty, nothing. I have to check on Monday to find out if deposit has been returned. THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
