Absolutely the worst

Terrible experience from start to finish. Global did not pick up as promised. Tired to bait and switch on price. After several days of wating to get my car picked up Global said they would get my car picked up if I paid them more money. I said no way and got a differenct carrier to pick up and deliver my car at the agreed upon price. I cancelled the Global Express order. Global sent me an email confirming the cancellation and said they would refund my money in 5 days. That was at the end of September.
At this point I wrote a negative reveiw of Global Express for this website. Global Express attemtped to get that review removed from this website by repeatedly claiming that I was not a customer. I showed the website operator copies of my credit card bill from Global Express and other emails I received from them confirming that I was a customer. The review was then allowed on the webiste.
Today is about 30 days after I cancelled the order. After a number of phone calls and emails, my charge card just got credited for the deposit that they had put on my card.
