Cancelled order because they were unable to pick up on time as promised. Order was cancelled on 9/24/10 and was told it would take 3-5 business days to process. Today is 11/14/10 and still have not received refund. Keep getting the run around, emails are ignored and when someone picks up the phone I'm told that the person who does refunds is not availabe or has been sick. If anyone can help me get my money back please let me know.

MR. KILLING WAS GIVEN HIS REFUND ON TIME ,I DONT KNOW WHY HE WROTE SUCH A BAD REVIEW ON OUR COMPANY, ITS NOT FAIR TO US. ALSO WE PROVIDED HIM WITH PROOF OF HIS REFUND, WE TREATED HIM VERY PROFESSIONAL , AGAIN WE DONT KNOW WY HE WROTE A BAD REVIEW, WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH HIM VIA EMAIL AND PHONE BUT WE GET NO RESPONSE...
