This is how business should be done at every company. I first signed on with another company to transport my truck because their price was the lowest. After being jerked around for 5 days, I contacted James at Global and he was nice enough to help me out with questions I had even though I was not paying him to transport my truck. Eventually I cancelled the other company's contract and signed on with Global. Everytime I needed to speak to James I could reach him, he kept me up to date on the progress, quoted me a realistic price that would actually move the truck and not a lowball that no truck driver would take. The price was reasonable, the truck got picked up within 4 days, including a weekend. It was delivered in 2 days, the delivery driver was very nice and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. The next time I need to ship a car, I'm just gonna call James and not use the online quote system. And I was not asked to put a deposit down or for a credit card number at all, in fact I did not pay Global Express until after the truck was delivered to me. Thanks James.
