I used this service in December, 2010 to transport my vehicle from the West Coast to the East Coast. The only issue I had was the company asked for an extra $200 instead of honoring the original quote. However, it was worth the extra $$ as the driver had to bear through the terrible winter in the mid-west and east coast. He got my vehicle to me without any damages or stolen items (I had stored some personal suitcases inside my vehicle). The driver was almost a week late due to the weather, but he stayed in contact with me the entire time, letting me know his progress. When he dropped off my vehicle, he made sure it started and that I was satisfied with the delivery.
