Paul at global auto transport totally got me out of a serious bind. To start I originally hired Roadrunner transport to ship my 3 vehicles from Arizona to New York. Well they epically dropped the ball. I had my father fly out to our house 2 days before the shipment was supposed to be picked up to meet the transport company. After spending 3 hours trying to get somebody on the phone at Roadrunner I was told they can’t confirm the shipment would be picked up in the time frame they told me was not an issue. Not only were they extremely difficult to get on the phone but as soon as I booked the reservation nobody wanted to even attempt to help the situation. So finally at the very last minute I decided to try to find a transporter that could help me out of this very bad situation especially in such a short time notice. That’s when I got in touch with Paul at global auto transport. He was not only helpful but actually took so much care in getting me out of this jam I was in. I explained to him the situation and he simply made it happen. I called at least 8 times after I booked the reservation with him and every single time he personally picked up the phone and kept me in the loop every second. So not only did I book it at the last minute but he got the 3 vehicles picked up the very next day and on there way to NY. This company was flawless. By far the best! I can’t thank Paul enough for all his help and the vehicles arrived in perfect condition 3 days later which was super fast. Great, honest, and caring people! if I could give 10 stars they would deserve all of them. Thank you again Paul Rich
