Terrible Customer Service Ever. Driver attacked customer

Guys, besides the 5* you read from other reviewers, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of the negative reviews too.

Companies always provide excuses for the negative reviews, such as those reviews may be written by their competitors, etc...

Let’s me tell you this. I found Seattle Car Shipping has an amazing reviews and rating. When I call the no. listed on Yelp, somehow it connected me to Global Auto Transportation. I spoke with Anthony, who repeatedly said his company has lots of drivers, and they are not brokers. However, I don’t really care whether or not this company is broker or direct shipping company.

I shipped my car from Seattle WA to Lawrenceville GA. The day my car was delivered, I noticed there are several new scratches. I asked the driver how he gonna resolve this. He told me to contact Global Auto Transportation. Fine, I called Anthony several times, he did not pick up the phone.

The driver then asked for money in full. The point is, if I paid him in full, who gonna responsible for these scratches. This Russian driver drove my car back to his truck without my permission. I quickly called 911 since this is my property. I recorded a video as he drove my car load back to the truck. He opened my car door and started attacking me.

Wow, really? As usual reaction, I stepped back to avoid. Unfortunately, I stopped the video to call back 911 to arrive ASAP. When the police came, the police said my video was not enough to prove the driver’s attack.

One hr later, I called Global Auto Transportation & spoke to Anthony. I did not really concern about the scratches anymore- rather, it was about the driver attitude. Anthony thought I concerned about the scratches and said, I needed to deal with the driver. The driver had his own insurance. Wow, I even had no idea who these guys were, since the pick-up guy and the delivery guys were 2 different persons. I had no contract with them except the phone no.

Wow, is that the way your company do business? Luckily, my car had just a few minor scratches. What if it was a significant damage? Who will be responsible? The drivers? who I only had his phone?

This is something that new people should notice.

I don’t recommend anyone to use this comp. service. Terrible experience for me. Driver attacked customer, wow. I cannot attach a video on Yelp- except Photos. Otherwise, you guys will be able to see the full video
