I had spent months looking for my Mercedes, I finally found the perfect one at a dealership in Houston. I should mention I have purchased and shipped several cars from Houston. So it was perfect and I bought it. Now I had gotten a quote from a company that was comparable to what I would normally pay when it's not snow bird season, so I hired them and the car was supposed to be picked up that day, it wasn't. Over the next 24 hours I went through hell with that company, they had the addresses wrong, the owner cancelled pick up, then threatened to charge my card the balance, if I "kept it up." I got off the phone with him believing his driver was still going to pick up my car on Monday. I cancelled my card and started searching. I found Global and spoke to Nick. It was 7:30 eastern time on a Friday and I wanted my car on a carrier Saturday (dealer closed at 4pm Sat, closed Sunday and I didn't want any confusion on Monday as I refused to deal with the other company). Nick said there was a decent chance he could make it work, he gave me a price only $50 more than the company from hell and told me he would call me back in the morning. Well I am pleased to say that the guys at Global went above and beyond for me. The driver he thought might be able to take it wasn't going to be able to make it before the dealer closed, so it looked like it wasn't going to work out for a minute, but he said he'd keep trying and call me back. Well he did, he had a driver in Houston to pick up my car at 3:15, this driver charged a bit more than he had originally told me, so Global actually paid the difference so that my price wouldn't change (without me even asking). Absolutely stellar service with these guys, Nick is a true gem and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport their vehicle and I will definitely be using them for any and all of my future transport needs. I'm a customer for life, the price was more than fair, but as far as I'm concerned, you can't put a price tag on this kind of customer orientated business sense.
